Shag Plus was formed in 1995 to promote the Carolina Shag, as well as Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Hustle and West Coast Swing in the Bi-City area (Columbus, GA & Phenix City, AL).  Our club has over 70 members who love to dance and party with friends.  

We dance Wednesday nights at Mario's in downtown Columbus starting at 7:00 PM to a variety of beach, Shag and pop music.  We also host bi-monthly dances at the Firefighter's Hall on Lynch Road in Columbus.  

All our dances are open to the public (single and married) and we would like to extend a warm welcome for everyone who likes to dance to join us.  We look forward to seeing you at Mario's or our next Shag Plus dance!
